Especially with the exchange of NFT using the Scholarship, many users have been concerned about the act of earning DEAPcoin through unfair Store Area change that may occur.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause users.
About this problem, we would like to explain users to our policy.


■About granting rewards and confirmation of NFT in possession
In the new Work, from 04:00 (JST) every day, we will sequentially grant rewards and check the possession status of NFT for Store Area allocation.
This process is conducted every day, so it is not possible for multiple users to use the same NFT and continue to receive rewards at the same time.

Also, we assume that the Owner will reduce its total reward because the Owner cannot use the NFT to conquer the dungeon or cook Ramen during the lending term.

In addition, if you collect Ramen sales at 04:00 (JST), you will not be able to cook the next Ramen during that time.

We think that using this specification will have the effect of limiting the overall number of rewards earned by the act of changing the NFT possession status in a short term.

As of April, we will use this specification to prevent unauthorized behavior to obtain rewards, and as mentioned in the Roadmap, we are considering a prevention function by the system in May.
However, even using these specifications, it is not possible to prevent all prohibited matters. By the Terms of Service, we plan to take strict action against any activity that is regarded as unauthorized.


■Measures against Prohibited matters
The Scholarship system in this game is not intended to allow multiple users to earn rewards with a single NFT by moving it from one area to another in a short term.
We have concluded that the above actions are harmful to the economic sphere.
Therefore, by the following Terms of Service, we declare that the act of using the same NFT to earn rewards by multiple users via the scholarship system is a Prohibited matter.

If this kind of behavior is confirmed, we will take strict measures such as issuing a warning, suspending your account, and freezing the DEAPbill you have earned, after conducting a rigorous investigation and making a judgment.
The following cases are currently considered to be　Prohibited matters.
・Acts of repeatedly renting the same NFT to multiple users in a short term.
・Acts of using rented NFT to earn only the early-stage rewards and return them.


■About the future measures
We believe that it is best to make it impossible to commit Prohibited matters in the specifications. Therefore, we plan to make adjustments to the use of the scholarship system in Work along with the adjustment of the specifications of the Scholarship scheduled in May.
We will notify users as soon as it is determined.


■About the use of Scholarship
The Menya Dragon Ramen Team hopes that the Scholarship will be an enjoyable feature for everyone.
By using the Scholarship, this feature will allow users who do not own an NFT to experience “Play to Earn" and is expected to serve not only as a gateway to Menya Dragon Ramen, but also as a way to generate interest in blockchain-linked games.
Therefore, our team will continue to adjust the specifications with the aim of developing a safe Scholarship system.
We will carefully consider the specification based on the user's feedback so as not to spoil the experience of our honest users and to avoid causing any anxiety.
