In delivering "Menya Dragon Ramen", Fly Penguin Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") shall adopt safety management and proper protection of customers' personal information.

5. Provision of personal information
Except for the following instances, the Company shall not disclose the customer's personal information to third parties.
(1) When there is consent of the customer himself/herself
(2) When the Company deposits internal personal information in order to outsource processing to a third-party contractor designated by the Company.
(3) When the Company finds it necessary, for a specific business purpose, to provide or deposit personal information within the legal framework.
(4) When disclosure is mandated by law or an administrative agency.
(5) When it is required to preserve vital interests, such as the life, health, and property of the subject of the information or the general public.

6. Correction, disclosure request, and suspension of use of the personal information
If a customer wishes to correct, disclose, or suspend the use of his/her personal information, the email listed in Section 9 can be used to contact the department responsible for correction, disclosure, and suspension of use. Once the department receives a request from a customer, it will respond promptly. However, if the department has difficulty contacting the customer, it may be unable to update, disclose, or suspend the use of the customer's personal information.

(1) The Company may use cookies to personalize its website in order to enhance its services.
(2) The Company does not acquire personal information of customers or visitors through cookies.

8. Policy on the protection of personal data subject to the GDPR
The handling of personal data subject to the "General Data Protection Regulation" (data protection and privacy law in EU) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") is as follows.

A customer has the right to obtain from the Company any pertinent information on its personal data processing practices that pertain to him/her.
② Accessing the personal data
A customer has the right to receive confirmation from the Company as to whether or not his/her personal data is being used, along with access to the personal data and certain related information.
③ Correction or deletion of personal data
A customer has the right to have erroneous personal data rectified promptly and incomplete personal data completed (Article 16 GDPR).
A customer also has the right to have his/her personal information removed promptly if specific requirements are met.
④ Restriction on the use of personal data
When specific requirements are met, a customer has the right to restrict the handling of his/her personal data.
⑤ Objection to the handling of personal data
A customer has the right, with specific requirements, to object at any time to the handling of his/her personal data for reasons related to specific personal situations.
⑥ Data portability of personal data
If specific requirements are met, a customer may have the right to receive his/her personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transfer those data to another data manager without the Company's interference.
⑦ Personal data not subject to automatic decision-making
If specific requirements are met, a customer has the right to be excluded from automated decision-making (including profiling) that has legal or equivalent effects on the customer based on the handling of the personal data.

If a customer wishes to exercise any of the rights outlined above, the Company can be contacted using the contact information listed in Section 9.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Company may modify or update its Privacy Policy without diminishing the rights of any individual whose information is covered by the Privacy Policy.
If the Company modifies its Privacy Policy, it shall indicate the date of the amendment.
